North West-based facilities management and refurbishment company, Vivark, part of the First Ark Group, has strengthened its management team with two key appointments as the company continues to win new contracts and develop its range of customer-focused services to businesses across the region.
Phil Webster joins Vivark as Group Director of Facilities and Asset Management. Phil brings to the directors’ team 20 years’ experience of strategic asset management, total facilities management, health and safety, major capital projects and technical engineering service.
Jason Tighe comes to Vivark with over 25 years’ experience of facilities management and refurbishment within the private and public sector, across social and private housing, banking and retail. His experience includes managing new build, refurbishment and large scale fit-out projects. As Vivark’s new Business Manager of Facilities and Asset Management, Jason will hold overall operational responsibility for the delivery of all of Vivark’s contracts.
Phil says: “It truly is an exciting time to join Vivark as more of our customers understand just how much value Vivark can add to their businesses. The new appointments will bolster the team and ensure we continue to deliver on our promise to our customers each and every time. It’ll also allow us to continue to innovate and design bespoke packages of new services, such as Vivark Energy and Vivark Care for an increasing number of sectors and communities in which we operate.
“Businesses choosing Vivark know they will receive a first-class service from a team which has extensive experience of working at both a strategic and an operational level across a range of sectors.”
In addition James Boyd, who has over 20 years’ experience as part of an executive management team and working at Board level, has been appointed to Vivark’s Board. Chris Saxton, who joined the Vivark Board in 2013 and was appointed Chair in November 2014, continues to lead the Board, alongside fellow board members Collette King and Graeme Dodd.
