Peruvian small plates now served daily for lunch and dinner on Bold Street, Liverpool

Bistro Qui? Ltd today announced the opening of their eighth restaurant, located in former ‘RAN’ shop on Bold Street in Liverpool. The 120-seat restaurant houses a Peruvian street food concept.

Head Chef Bart McHugh leads the kitchen with a menu that features fresh and seasonal ingredients with signature dishes such as Lomo Saltado, Ceviche, Plantain Chips and Quinoa and Avocado Salad. Popular Peruvian ‘Inca Kola’ and the traditional purple corn brew ‘Chicha Morada’ are also available on the extensive and authentic drinks list.

Chicha showcases the natural flavours of fresh ingredients and homemade sauces, dressings and desserts. Start with a selection from the Ceviche & Seafood Bar or choose one of the small plates from the Meatfeast or Veggie Bar sections… accompanied by the ever popular Pisco Sour – a traditional Peruvian cocktail of Pisco, limes, egg whites & bitters. For afters, why not try ‘Suspiro Limo’ – homemade vanilla & cinamon custard with torched meringue.

Lunch Offer at Chicha includes a daily changing selection of small plates, 3 for £11. It’s served 12-6pm, Monday – Friday & full a ’la carte menu is available 12-10.30pm every day.

Featuring a mix of new & vintage finds, many imported from Lima and Cusco, Chicha is a sociable space with an Amazon vibe. Hand woven alpaca rugs, tribal masks and bamboo balustrades all add to this South-American experience. Either dining in small numbers or with a large party the atmosphere flows in time with the funky Peruvian background beat. When waiting for a table cocktails can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the secluded Pisco bar on the first floor. Private dining options are available and the restaurant is wheelchair-friendly.

Chicha comes courtesy of Liverpool based restaurant group Bistro Qui?Ltd known for a passion and dedication to fresh food and friendly service.
