L20 Restaurant today announced that it has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the fourth year running.

Now in its ninth year, the achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great reviews on the TripAdvisor website over the past year and have continually delivered a quality customer experience.

L20 Restaurant Manager Martin Hedley said:

“Everyone is thrilled to receive this prestigious accolade. Our thanks goes to our customers for their continued support and reviews, which help shape the L20 Restaurant. There is no greater reward than recognition and I’m very proud of our entire team, who have worked very hard to achieve great standards and service.”

Neela Pal, Vice President of Brand, TripAdvisor said:

“TripAdvisor is excited to announce the recipients of the 2019 Certificate of Excellence, which for nearly a decade has celebrated businesses that have consistently received positive ratings from diners on the world’s largest travel platform,”

“This recognition allows us to publicly recognise businesses that are actively taking into account customer feedback to help diners confidently experience the most highly reviewed places to eat.”

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by diners on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
