Fusion21 has announced the launch of its national Grounds Maintenance Framework – offering a potential combined worth of up to £85 million, over a four year period.
Specially designed to meet the needs of housing providers and other organisations operating within the public sector, the framework offers a range of services from grass and hedge cutting to weed control, arboricultural work, fencing and litter picking.
Fusion21 members will also benefit from working alongside Geographic Information Systems (GIS) providers who can assist with capturing, updating and analysing map data used to manage large grounds maintenance portfolios.
Phil Woodhead, Category Manager (Compliance) at Fusion21, said: “We understand that maintaining the appearance of estates, neighbourhoods and shared outdoor space is important to housing providers and their communities.
“This framework will support improvement and maintenance works for outdoor spaces of any scale to a high standard, and Fusion21 members accessing this framework will benefit from greater efficiency savings in addition to working alongside pre-qualified and accredited supply partners.
“We welcome applications from interested organisations that meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation now available on the mytenders web portal – www.mytenders.org – under Notice ID MAR152692.”
The submission deadline for the Grounds Maintenance Framework is Thursday 12th April 2018 at 4pm.
