A north west housing association has agreed a deal that will see it retain the lease on a group of properties in Liverpool City Centre for ten more years.
Plus Dane Housing, which has over 13,500 homes across the north west, has renewed its management contract with developers Grosvenor for four apartment blocks in the Hannover Street area of the city, which are popular with young professionals.
Jim Preston, executive director of assets and development at Plus Dane Housing, said: “We have been managing this development of 95 apartments for rent for Grosvenor for the previous 10 years and we’re delighted to have extended this agreement for another ten years. As a landlord with a social purpose, we enter into contracts such as these so that we can increase our investment in social housing.”
“Those living in these homes will benefit from Plus Dane’s high standards and expertise in managing, maintaining and servicing communal areas with the added incentive of being located in a thriving part of the city centre.
The apartments are a mixture of one, two and three bedroom, and can come pre-furnished if desired. Some also come with a parking space.
There are currently a selection of apartments available to rent, viewable on www.HomesHub.co.uk or Rightmove.
